  • Available only for prepaid orders
  • Delivery within a maximum of 3 hours
  • Covers Greater Cairo areas only
  • Uber service is used for delivery

  Steps for Express Order:

  1. Send the exact delivery location
  2. Attach a photo of the payment receipt
  3. We’ll send you the driver's details immediately

  Express delivery charges are calculated based on the distance using the Uber app

•  Delivery & Return

  Shipping Policy:

  • Order processing time: Up to 1 business day
  • Delivery time by the shipping company: 2 business days
  • Delivery mechanism:
    • A call from the delivery agent when the order reaches the nearest point to the customer
    • In some cases, if inspection is requested, the agent may ask for the item to be checked at the nearest shipping office
  • If you're located in a village:
    • Delivery is only available to the nearest city or center
    • The agent will determine the most suitable pickup point

  Return and Exchange Policy:

  Basic Conditions:

  • Report within 3 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be in its original condition with packaging
  • Original invoice must be provided

  Return Procedures:

  1. Contact customer service
  2. Send photos showing the defect (if any)
  3. Choose the return method:
     • Drop-off at the company's branch in Cairo
     • Return via a delivery agent

  Non-returnable Cases:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Personal care items removed from the packaging
  • Expired products

  Once the product is received and the issue is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be processed immediately.
